Meta / Facebook Login users: If you connected your FlashManager account via Facebook Login or linked your Meta Ads or WhatsApp Business account, this page explains how to delete all associated data. This page satisfies Meta's Data Deletion Callback requirement (Meta App ID: 3271295836383048).
1. What Data We Hold
Depending on how you use FlashManager, we may hold the following categories of data about you:
Account Data
- Name, email address, profile image
- Hashed password and account role
- Login timestamps and account settings
Facebook / Meta-Connected Data
- Facebook OAuth token (if you signed in via Facebook) — used only to authenticate your identity
- Meta Ads access token, ad account ID, account name, currency, and timezone
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) and Phone Number ID
- WhatsApp access token and message delivery metadata
- WhatsApp message templates you created
Shopify & Operational Data
- Synced orders, products, and customer records from your Shopify store(s)
- Delivery company connections and parcel tracking records
- Team member records and commission history
- Internal charges, tickets, and status configurations
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Option A — Delete via the Platform (Recommended)
Log in to your FlashManager account at platform.flash-manager.com and follow these steps:
- Disconnect Meta Ads: Go to Integrations → Meta Ads → Disconnect. This immediately deletes your stored access token and ad account data.
- Disconnect WhatsApp: Go to Integrations → WhatsApp Business → Disconnect. This deletes your WABA credentials and stops all outgoing messages.
- Delete your account: Contact us at privacy@web-univers.com to request full account deletion.
Option B — Email Request
Send an email to privacy@web-univers.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Include in your email:
- Your FlashManager account email address
- The Facebook email or Facebook User ID associated with your account (if you used Facebook Login)
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted
3. What Happens After Your Request

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. After deletion, your account will no longer be accessible and cannot be recovered.
4. Data We Must Retain
In limited circumstances, we may be required by law to retain certain data even after a deletion request:
- Financial records: Billing transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
- Legal disputes: If a legal claim is pending or reasonably anticipated, we may retain relevant data until the matter is resolved.
In these cases, we will inform you of what data is being retained and the reason.
5. Shopify Mandatory Webhooks
As a Shopify Partner app, FlashManager automatically handles Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:
- shop/redact — All store data is deleted when a merchant uninstalls the app from Shopify.
- customers/redact — Customer PII is anonymised when Shopify sends a customer data erasure request (typically 48 hours after uninstall).
- customers/data_request — We acknowledge customer data requests as required by Shopify's API terms.
